Common questions
What to include
Include app version/build, system version, iPhone/iPad model or Mac device type, file source, and a description. Do not send confidential documents or real signatures. Use a test sample or an image you review before sending.
The file will not open
Check that it is a valid PDF. Protected files require the password and appropriate permissions. A damaged file may fail to open; try another viewer and do not send a sensitive file to support.
Saving and sharing
On iPhone/iPad, export and choose a sharing destination. On Mac, save the finished PDF or use sharing. A .pdsp project is for continuing edits, not a copy with hidden content removed.
Restore purchases
Open Pro on iPhone/iPad or Full Unlock on Mac, then Restore Purchases using the purchasing Apple Account. The apps’ purchases are separate. Eligible Family Sharing entitlements depend on Apple and product settings.
Trials and purchases
Apple shows eligibility for a trial, its duration, and the following price before confirmation. Changing plans does not guarantee another trial. Mac uses a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
Are my documents uploaded?
The app does not upload your document to a server we operate for processing. It may leave your device when you choose cloud storage, sharing, or a support attachment. Font downloads do not send your document or its text.
What kind of signature is it?
A visual mark on the page, not a digital-signature certificate or identity verification.
Arabic and fonts
Arabic and English interfaces are provided. Font matching depends on the document and available fonts. Exact matching or correct extraction of every Arabic text output is not guaranteed. See the privacy policy’s font section for differences in downloads and storage between platforms.
Using iPad
The iPhone edition supports iPad under the eligible Apple Account purchase. This does not include the Mac purchase.
Mac projects
A project keeps the original and editable additions and may open without a password even when the source was protected. Send the finished PDF, not the project, when hiding content. Projects using newer features may require a newer app.

How much is Full Unlock?
49.99 on the Saudi App Store, paid once with no subscription, and every tool and export is then unlimited. Full Unlock supports Family Sharing, and it is restored from the Full Unlock sheet with the Restore Purchases button, using the Apple Account you bought it with.
When does an export count?
When you save a document as a PDF, share it, or print it (⌘P) with text, a date, or a cover on it, or when you export the output of a tool other than merging. A document counts as one export however often you do that, and saving a project never counts.
How do I merge files from Finder?
Select several PDFs in Finder, choose Open With, then Private PDF Signer. The app asks "Merge these files?": choose Merge, or Open Separately to open each file in its own window.
