Who we are and how to contact us

These apps are developed by Samer Qutub. Their website uses the name Samer Qutub APP Development. For privacy questions or requests to delete support data, use the support form.

Summary

PDF documents, signatures, text, and dates are processed on your device. We do not upload your documents to a server we operate for processing, and you do not need to create an account with us to use the app. Neither app contains advertising, tracking tools, or usage analytics SDKs.

There are connections for services you choose, including font downloads, purchases, restoration, support, and sharing. On-device processing does not mean a file can never leave your device: you can save it to a location you select, share it, or attach an image to a support message. If you choose a cloud location or service, that service handles the file under your settings and its policies. Printing goes through the system print panel to the printer or destination you choose.

Documents, signatures, and output files

Documents are processed on your device. You can draw or import a signature and save signatures or text for reuse. Files saved or sent to destinations you choose remain there; closing the app does not delete those copies.

On Mac, you can save an editable .pdsp project to continue later. A project keeps the original document, pages, and editable additions, including content underneath covers. Do not share a project instead of the finished PDF if you intend to hide content. A project saved from a password-protected PDF can be opened without that password. Store it somewhere appropriate for its contents.

In a finished PDF exported on Mac, a page with an actual filled cover becomes an image, and that page's text layer can no longer be searched or copied. The Outline Only option is a border that does not hide its interior or remove the page's text. Covers remain movable or removable in the editable project. On iPhone and iPad, pages with actual covers are exported as images; this does not delete content from the original file you selected.

Opening and editing a protected PDF does not guarantee that new files retain its protection. On Mac, projects and ordinary exports contain readable pages, while the protected source remains unchanged. Use the Protect PDF tool to create a password-protected copy when needed, and check the copy you intend to share.

Signatures added by the app are visual marks on a page. They are not identity verification, notarization, or cryptographic digital-signature certificates.

What is stored on your device

Saved signatures, saved text, and app settings are held in local app storage. You can delete saved signatures and text using the app's library tools.
On iPhone and iPad, the app's saved-signature, saved-text, and downloaded-font files are marked as excluded from backups. Deleting the app removes its local storage, but does not delete files you previously saved elsewhere or sent through another service.
On Mac, library data remains in the app's data storage. Deleting the app file alone is not a method we promise will erase all your data. We do not describe the Mac library as excluded from backups; device backups also depend on your settings and backup tools.
Downloaded fonts are kept for reuse. The font section explains the distinction between app-managed downloads and fonts downloaded by the Mac system.
On Mac, the free-use counter stores local digital fingerprints of counted documents to recognize documents counted before. These are SHA-256 fingerprints; the counter's ledger does not store file names or document contents alongside them, and does not send them to us.

Temporary copies

On Mac, the app creates temporary copies to prepare exports and sharing. In normal operation, sharing copies are cleaned up when sharing finishes, is cancelled, or fails. We do not promise cleanup of leftover sharing copies when the app next opens, or immediate deletion if the app crashes, the system stops, or the app closes unexpectedly.

On Mac, a copy of a support image attachment is temporarily retained so Mail can read it. The app attempts to remove attachment folders older than one day when it opens or prepares another support attachment. A copy may therefore remain longer if the app is not opened. This cleanup does not delete attachments held in email or by the recipient.

Permissions

Camera on iPhone and iPad: requested when you use document scanning; scans are processed on your device.
Choosing images: iPhone and iPad use Apple's Photos picker to select a signature or attachment without granting full-library access. On Mac, you select the image through a system file panel.
Saving images: saving document pages to Photos requests add permission. If iCloud Photos is enabled, saved images may be uploaded under your device settings.
Files on Mac: the app opens files you choose and saves to destinations you select through system panels.

The apps do not need microphone, contacts, location, or tracking permission to provide their functions. You can manage permissions in system settings.

Font matching and downloads

Match Document Style analyzes text locally to select a font or substitute. It does not send your PDF or its text away for matching.

On iPhone and iPad: you can choose to download an available font from the app's approved catalog hosted in the Google Fonts repository at raw.githubusercontent.com/google/fonts. Downloaded fonts are kept in app storage for reuse. We do not promise that every document font is downloadable or that matching is exact.

On Mac: when you request a download, font resources are requested from their source; licence information is displayed or downloaded depending on the download path. The app supports Google Fonts with permitted licences and also lets you request Apple's downloadable fonts through the system. Google fonts are kept inside the app; Apple's fonts are downloaded and stored by the system. The app's Mac font-download flow starts only when you press its request button.

On both platforms, your document and its text are not sent for a font download. The download source may receive ordinary connection information, such as your IP address and the resource request. This does not mean that the font's name is the only information transmitted. The source handles that information under its policies:

Contacting support

Sending a support request is optional. The app prepares a draft with the request category, your reply email, your message, the app version and build, system version, device information, and an image you choose to attach. On iPhone and iPad, device information includes the model name, or its hardware model identifier if its name is unavailable; it is not your personal device name or a unique device identifier. On Mac, the draft identifies the device generically as Mac rather than giving a detailed model.

Writing the draft does not send it. On iPhone and iPad, you confirm sending in the Mail interface, or choose another sharing app if Mail is unavailable; the support address may be copied to the clipboard for you to paste. On Mac, the app opens the draft in Mail and leaves confirmation to you.

Messages and attachments you send reach the support team and are used to handle and answer your request. Support correspondence is held in the receiving mailbox. You can request its deletion by emailing the same address; we do not specify an automatic email-deletion period here. Do not send confidential documents or real signatures. Start with a description or a test sample without sensitive information, and review an image before sending it. Your email provider and chosen sending service process the message under their terms and policies.

Purchases

Apple handles payment, billing, subscription management, and refunds. We do not receive your payment-card details. The app checks entitlements through StoreKit to provide features and restore eligible purchases. Use the Apple Account used for the purchase; Apple determines entitlement and Family Sharing availability according to the product and its settings.

iPhone and iPad: Pro is offered through monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions, or a non-renewing one-time lifetime purchase. Apple displays the price, billing period, and any eligible trial or introductory offer before confirmation. If you choose a trial, its duration and following price are shown by Apple; the subscription renews unless canceled under the displayed terms. Changing plans does not guarantee a new trial. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Mac: Full Unlock is a single non-renewing in-app purchase with no subscription. Signing, merging, and organizing pages are always free with no limit. Exporting any document that has only signatures on it is also always free. The other tools (text, dates, covers, split, compress, images, protect) are free for your first 5 exports. A document counts as one export, however often you save, share, or print it, and saving a project never counts. After that, Full Unlock opens every tool with unlimited exports. Apple shows the price before purchase confirmation.
Purchases for iPhone and iPad and purchases for Mac are separate. Buying one app's upgrade does not unlock the other.

Website support form

When you submit this form, Netlify receives your reply email, message, and the form name identifying the language, to process and store the request, filter spam, and email the support team. The service also receives necessary connection data such as your IP address and request headers. A notification copy is stored by the support email provider. This form does not require your name or accept attachments; do not submit documents, signatures, or sensitive information. It does not add PDF uploads to the app. We do not promise automatic deletion or a fixed retention period. You can request deletion of support data through the support form; deleting a form record does not automatically delete its email copy.

This website and external links

The website provides app information, support information, and this policy. Display fonts are served from files within the website itself. The hosting provider receives connection information needed to serve pages, such as your IP address and page request. This website does not provide a PDF-upload form, and its source does not include usage analytics or advertising trackers.

When you open a link to the App Store, GitHub, a social account, or another service, you use that service under its policies. A link does not automatically send your document to that service.
