Private PDF Signer does not collect, sell, track, or transmit personal data.

Data processed by the app

The app processes PDFs selected by the user and signatures, text, or dates added to those PDFs. Processing happens locally on the device. The app has no server and contains no advertising, analytics, tracking, or third-party SDKs.

Saved signatures

Users can draw a signature or import a signature image from Photos or Files. Saved signatures remain in the app's protected local storage until the user deletes them in the Signature screen or removes the app. Apple's Photos Picker is used without broad photo-library access.

Opening, exporting, and retention

PDFs can be opened from Files, Mail, or other apps. A signed PDF leaves the app only when the user chooses a destination in the iOS share sheet. Temporary exported copies are removed after the share sheet closes. The original PDF is not retained after the document is closed or the app session ends.

Permissions

The app does not request access to the camera, microphone, contacts, location, tracking, or the full photo library.

Signature notice

A signature placed by this app is a visual mark on a PDF. The app does not provide notarization, identity verification, or a cryptographic digital-signature certificate.
